Aria Grace Law CIC is delighted to announce the launch of Aria Grace Equine Law – dedicated to providing exceptional commercial legal advice to equestrian clients from lawyers with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the sector.
Aria Grace Equine Law is led by Jodie Seddon who, over the last 4 years, has developed an extensive equine law advisory practice (with Chambers’ ranking in 2022 and 2023), combining her legal expertise with her equestrian knowledge to advise all types of industry participants in respect of their commercial and corporate activities. She is joined by Laura Hillier, another talented commercial lawyer with experience in operating equestrian businesses. It is also Jodie who advises and reviews the Yard Owner Hub template documents. Alongside her legal career, Jodie produces and competes horses up to FEI 4* level eventing and FEI 3* level showjumping in the UK and Europe, and has previously run her own yard, giving her real life experiences of the industry to call upon for her cases.
Together, they aim to ensure that top class, pragmatic and affordable legal advice is readily accessible to all within the equestrian industry, to support clients’ ambitions and protect their interests. They work with individuals at all levels: from start-ups to Olympic riders, and with all types of equine-related businesses, including: livery yards, riding schools, professional riders, content creators, retailers, PR agencies, event organisers and luxury brands. Jodie also provides advice to national governing bodies and bloodstock clients.
Jodie commented: “I am thrilled to be launching Aria Grace Equine Law. Aria Grace Law’s unique business model means we can focus on delivering top class advice at a palatable price point to all members of the equestrian industry. Our breadth of expertise backed by our personal understanding of the equine community allows us to provide clear, commercial advice, to clients across the equine industry, both in the UK and internationally.”
Aria Grace Law CIC is the only not-for-profit corporate / commercial law firm in the UK. As such, Aria Grace Law CIC donates 100% of profits to charity and was named “Law Company of the Year” at The Lawyer Awards 2023. It has a truly unique wealth-share model benefiting client, lawyers and society: by paying its lawyers the highest share of the fees in the legal sector, it attracts brilliant lawyers who provide excellent services to its clients at great value, and all firm profits are donated to charities.
