Livery Live and Stablemate Unite to Drive the Future of Yard Management

Livery Live has merged with Stablemate Technologies, marking an exciting step forward in the evolution of digital yard management tools in the UK. Alongside the merger, the platform has also launched a new website and updated app experience designed to better support modern livery yards.

Livery Live was founded by Adi Devonish, a former freelance groom and yard manager who found herself running a 42-horse full livery yard at just 21. That early experience highlighted a common challenge across the industry: “Almost every operational failure stemmed from miscommunication,” she explains. “Yard owners are often exceptional horse people, but they don’t always have the time or business education to manage the office side.”

The platform was created to bridge that gap, giving yard owners better control over communication, documentation, invoicing, compliance, and day-to-day administration.

Recent developments have seen major upgrades to the system, including a fully rebuilt interface and new finance integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, and Stripe, enabling Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additional features now include external arena booking functionality, digital policy and contract acknowledgement, and transparent pricing at £2 per horse per month.

Following a recent funding round, Livery Live has merged with Stablemate Technologies, the team behind the Stablemate app. As long-time partners of LiveryList, both companies have shared a common goal: helping simplify yard management, streamline daily operations, reduce administrative workload, and improve efficiency—while ensuring accurate, consistent record keeping that benefits both horses and owners.

By combining forces, development capacity has doubled and expertise has been consolidated, with Stablemate users now transitioning onto the Livery Live platform.

Looking ahead, Adi’s long-term vision is ambitious: a lifelong digital record for every livery horse in the UK, allowing health, history, and care requirements to move seamlessly between yards as horses change homes.
